Physical Examination

Physicals for the 2024-2025 academic year must be completed after 1 May 2024 and will expire on 30 June 2025. Athletes must have a current sports qualifying physical exam on file in the Athletic Trainers Office.

Once you have your physical completed by a doctor, you can turn it into the Athletic Trainers office or Athletics department.  We must receive a hard copy of your physical.
